All sales are final. Haven's Furniture does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind on items offered for sale online or in our stores.

The items we carry are sourced all over the world—making the costs of returns management and shipping prohibitive. This policy is designed to keep prices as low as possible for our customers.

Considerations

Before placing your order, we recommend considering the following factors to ensure satisfaction:

Item Details: Please inspect all item photos, descriptions, and details before purchase. Slight imperfections and differences are to be expected from small-scale artisan makers.

Colors: Item colors and textures may vary slightly from what you see online. Fabrics may fade or lose their colors upon cleaning. Be sure to follow any care instructions included with your product.

Size: Double-check the size of the product before purchasing. Dimensions are included with most of our online offerings and we welcome you to contact us with any specific sizing questions.

Exceptions

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery to discuss options. Each product we sell is subject to its own manufacturer's warranty.
