Shipping & Delivery Information
Many of our larger or fragile items are shipped via freight or white glove delivery service to ensure they arrive safely. Because of this, shipping timelines may vary and delivery appointments are scheduled directly through the carrier once the item arrives at the local warehouse.
Estimated delivery dates are approximate and may be affected by manufacturer availability, transit delays, holidays, weather, or carrier scheduling. Custom orders, out-of-stock items, and specialty deliveries may require additional processing and transit time.
Once your order ships, our delivery partner will contact you directly to schedule delivery. Please note that white glove carriers may experience additional delays during holidays and peak delivery periods.
Due to the nature of freight and specialty deliveries, orders already in transit or with scheduled delivery carriers cannot be canceled.
